Choosing a rose bouquet
A mono bouquet is made of roses only, in one shade or a few. In a mixed bouquet the roses share the space with other flowers, such as hydrangea, matthiola or eustoma. The product page lists every flower in the bouquet and the number of stems.
Roses also differ in the shape of the flower. A standard rose has one large bud per stem, a spray rose carries several smaller buds on a branching stem, and a peony rose has a dense, many-petalled head that looks like a peony. Spray rose and peony rose bouquets each have a collection of their own, linked below.
Once the bouquet arrives, trim each stem at an angle with a sharp knife, strip the leaves that would sit below the waterline and stand the roses in clean, cool water. Change the water often and keep the vase away from radiators, direct sun and fruit.
What one rose costs
To compare bouquets, we divide the price of a mono bouquet by the number of roses in it. Only bouquets made of roses alone are counted, with no other flowers or greenery; a box, a basket or wrapping is part of the bouquet price. A spray rose counts as one stem, even though it carries several buds.
The figures below come from the bouquets in this collection that are in stock right now, and they change along with it. Each product page lists the number of roses in the bouquet and its price.
- One rose in a mono bouquet: 1,040–3,909 ₸
- Mono bouquet of 11 roses: from 13,000 ₸
- Mono bouquet of 25 roses: from 27,000 ₸
- Mono bouquet of 51 roses: from 65,600 ₸
- Mono bouquet of 101 roses: from 105,000 ₸
