A courier trip within Astana is 2,000 ₸; orders from 25,000 ₸ travel free.

At the Cactus shop, Astana, Kunaeva St. 14B. The store is open daily 9:00–21:00, Fridays until 23:00. Orders are ready from 10:00; you pick the hour when you check out.

Potted houseplants and succulents: ficus, ZZ plant, money tree and more. Each plant listing is one specific plant in its pot, and that very plant is the one you take home.

Orders are paid online, at checkout. Visa or Mastercard card: in the secure TipTopPay window. Kaspi: the invoice arrives in the Kaspi.kz app on a Kazakhstan +7 number. PayPal: handy when paying from abroad. Cash is not accepted, either by the courier or at the store. The payment window and the receipt may name the seller’s payment agent, or the service it collects payments through, as the recipient, and that is expected.

Let us know and include a photo of the order. For the first 24 hours after receipt, any order can be returned or exchanged with no reason given, and a return is refunded in full. Issues with bouquets must be raised within the same 24 hours, while a defect in potted plants and other items can be reported later, within the time limits set by law. If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the item or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Please bring anything you are returning or exchanging to our store at Astana, Kunaeva St. 14B (open daily 9:00–21:00, Fridays until 23:00) and give the staff your order number.
